About Your Yoga Instructor

Mikayla Lansing, RYT

Mikayla is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) trained through Yoga Mandali in Saratoga Springs NY. She is passionate about creating classes that support both physical strength and inner grounding. Mikayla's teaching blends intentional movement, breathwork, and meditation to help students feel more connected to their bodies and present in their lives.

In addition to teaching yoga, Mikayla is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), bringing a trauma-informed approach to her classes. She prioritizes safety, choice, and a supportive environment where individuals can move at their own pace. Her goal is to hold space in a way that feels welcoming, empowering, and accessible to all.

Outside of teaching, Mikayla enjoys spending time outdoors, being with her puppy, family, and friends, and getting lost in a good book. Mikayla believes yoga isn't about perfection, but about showing up exactly as you are.
